Clinical Supervision and Consultation

LMSWs

Supervision for LMSW clinicians that are working towards LCSW licensure.

  • Clinical supervision to social workers with a strong focus on trauma-informed care, intersectionality, attachment, and understanding the nervous system is pivotal in cultivating a generation of compassionate and effective practitioners.

  • In providing clinical supervision centered around these crucial elements, social workers gain the expertise and confidence to deliver trauma-informed, culturally competent, and holistic care to their clients, ultimately making a positive and lasting impact on the communities they serve.

Working with Individuals with Intellectual or Development Disabilities

Interested in expanding your practice to work with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)?

  • Offering general clinical consultation about working with people with IDD presents a valuable opportunity for professionals to enhance their understanding and expertise in providing compassionate and effective care. Individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities require tailored approaches that consider their unique strengths, challenges, and communication styles.

  • Clinical consultation in this area equips professionals with essential knowledge about the diverse range of disabilities, ensuring they can offer person-centered interventions that promote independence, self-advocacy, and overall well-being.
